How do you ship? How do I track my order?
Booyah! SIGN (U.S.) offers free shipping in the USA and Australia. Standard shipping rates apply to other regions. Orders usually process and ship within 2 days. Once shipped, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information. Learn more about our Shipping Policy.
Under normal circumstances, we dispatch orders from the nearest warehouse, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. In cases where local inventory is insufficient, we'll ship from alternative warehouses to ensure prompt delivery.
Can I return or exchange an in store purchase online?
Sure can! Please use the Contact Form or email info@sign.coffee. Also access the Returns and Exchanges Portal for processing.
Please provide your order number, shipping address, once we have your information, we will handle the return and exchange business for you.
We offer a 90-day trial period. Even if you use the product, you can return or exchange it for free, no questions asked.
I have not received an order confirmation e-mail.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.If you have not received an Order Confirmation Email after placing your order, please contact us using the Contact Form. Also, there may be a typo in the email address you entered when you registered, or your email software may have misinterpreted it as spam or virus email. Therefore, we kindly ask you to check your spam folder.
Can I change/cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel or amend your order, we ask that you contact me via the Contact Form by 3:00 PM PST on the day your order is placed and provide us with your order number and any necessary adjustments or cancellations you are requesting. If the order has not been processed and shipped, we can manually adjust/cancel the order. Please note that SIGN (U.S.) and our warehouse are open Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30 EST.

Please note that coffee peripherals, outdoor and home products must be in their original packaging within the return period and must be refunded in the same country as the original purchase.

Hang tight, it can take our warehouse up to two weeks to receive and process your return. We'll be sure to send a refund notification email as soon as we've issued your refund!

How do I care for SIGN™ products made of different materials?
- Stainless Steel Items
SIGN's vacuum-insulated stainless steel tumblers are not safe for use in the microwave, oven, or dishwasher as it may affect the insulation technology. We recommend hand washing.
Avoid using abrasive cleansers or steel wool when washing by hand. To prevent rust, we recommend washing and drying well after use. Store it away from other metals.
- Plastic Products
SIGN's products made of plastic are dishwasher safe. They are not recommended for the microwave.
When putting in the dishwasher, please store it in the upper basket to avoid force and weight applied to it. Avoid using abrasive cleansers or steel wool when washing by hand. Do not place near open flames.
- Glassware
SIGN's glassware products are dishwasher safe.
For long use, please handle with care. Avoid using abrasive cleansers or steel wool when washing by hand. While the glass is hot, do not pour cold liquids into it and do not place it on a wet cloth or a wet surface. Sudden temperature change may break or shatter the product.
